In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the Hays County Sheriff’s Department said, “Janine Marie James, age 41, was arrested by Hays County Sheriff’s Deputies at 0900 hours on three outstanding Class B Harassment warrants. Janine Marie James was taken to the Hays County Jail where she was booked. No bonds have been set at this time.”

My good friend Janine was arrested in Austin, TX tonight. Seems her ex, tough boy Jesse James, filed harassment claims against her. She’s had a rough ride these last 2 years. First with going to prison, then her public custody fight for her daughter with ex Jesse James, who at the time was married to Academy Award winning actress Sandra Bullock. Now this, jail again. Damn. We launched her site freejanine.com in March of 2009 to give her income while in federal prison. We just posted an amazing set of pics on freejanine.com, taken at the zoo with veteran pornstar Tommy Gunn a few days before she surrendered to serve her prison term. Definitely one of the last happy days of her life as she had fun frolicking through the zoo with Tommy, before being caged like the animals she was watching.
